The fishing has slowed as usual, but we did have a nice catch. We had 3 fathers with there sons, so we wanted to give the little fellers a chance to catch some fish. We ran north and fished the 7's - 10's for 130-160 fow and setup for trout. We limited with 18 trout and caught 24 with some going back to grow up a little. Metal dodgers with spin-n-glows and flies were good and the spin doctors and flies. White, green, and yellow were the colors of choice. All fish come on divers and riggers. These trout were the perfect eating size and big enough to put up a good fight for the little guys. Everyone had a great time and it is always a pleasure to see kids catch there first Lake Michigan fish.
