The fishing was great for the Sea Flea out of Grand Haven today. We caught 15 kings before 8:15 and lost 4 or 5 during that period. The same section of water from 160-210 has been the best for us. Magnum fuzzy bear and dreamweaver lures are taking most of the fish. Spin Doctors and flies are starting to work as well. Blue and orange spoons are taking the most fish. Green spin doctors and green flies started working to day. We have been using many different color patterns and all are working well. If one particular pattern starts working better than others I will report. The best presentations have been leadcore and riggers. The target depth has been 20-65 down.
Not all the boats did as well, but the fish are there and aren't going anywhere soon.
